Parsley has a very long germination period, taking 3-4 weeks. To shorten the wait, stratify seeds for at least a week and soak for 12 to 24 hours before sowing. Plant in clumps, under abundant sunlight or lamps, plants will be ready for transplanting after 10 weeks. When the weather has fully warmed, plant in full sun and water regularly.
Once parsley is fully grown you can begin harvesting the outer leaves. Use fresh to add great flavor to meals or dry the leaves for later use. Leaves may aslo be frozen to maintain flavor.
